1. Data We Collect
Account data: name, email, phone number (optional), and password stored as a one-way hash.
Data from platforms you connect (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) via official authorization:
- Account identifiers, display name, username, and profile picture.
- Access and refresh tokens, used solely to upload content on your behalf.
- TikTok account capability information (available privacy options, comment/duet/stitch status, maximum duration) so the correct options are shown to you.
- Instagram Business Account basic profile information and permission to publish content on your behalf (Instagram Graph API), used solely for the video upload and scheduling features of this Service.
Content data: video files or links you provide, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and distribution settings.
Technical data: system activity logs containing job status, timestamps, and error messages.
2. How We Use It
- Processing and distributing your video to the accounts you connect, according to your settings.
- Displaying status and reports on your dashboard.
- Sending operational notifications, such as when an account needs to be reconnected.
- Maintaining system security.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties other than the destination platforms you choose yourself.
3. Access Tokens
Tokens are stored on our servers and used only to perform the actions you request. You may revoke access at any time through the relevant platform's app settings, or by disconnecting the account from your dashboard.
4. TikTok Compliance
We never add a watermark, logo, or any promotional material to videos you distribute to TikTok, in accordance with TikTok's Content Sharing Guidelines. Visual effects and channel-identity watermarks you choose yourself are applied only to YouTube and Instagram. Before publishing content to TikTok, you will be asked to confirm TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and the time of your consent is recorded as proof of compliance.
5. Storage and Retention
- Processed video files are automatically deleted after distribution is complete, within 7 days at the latest.
- Account data and job history are kept for as long as your account remains active.
- When an account is deleted, related data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Server access is restricted, passwords are stored as hashes, and platform credentials are never displayed in the interface.
7. Your Rights
- Request a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and its data.
- Disconnect any connected social media account at any time.

8. Third-Party Services
We use the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Data sent to those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies, including the TikTok Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy, and the Meta Privacy Policy.
9. Minors
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
